My experience: W1 and W1 Pro
(Software)
It still looks like it’s in the middle of the development phase, which is okay if the whole thing can be improved over time through updates. The training specifications don’t fully match when compared. You get different values between “Cross Trainer” and “Free Training.” Alarm sounds and ringtones cannot be customized. You can’t completely disconnect the smartwatch from the smartphone unless you manually turn it off. DND, silent mode, and Bluetooth calling could be designed in a more compact way. Overall, the system is far too complex, and for beginners who don’t want to deal with it in depth, it’s difficult to find their way around. I therefore recommend the software from STAHLGEAR.
(Hardware)
However, STAHLGEAR performs very poorly when it comes to hardware cases, as I received two leaking smartwatch cases in a row. DOOGEE is definitely better in this regard and offers higher-quality workmanship. I really like the design, especially the subtle silver color. It is completely waterproof, scratch-resistant, and feels good with the silicone straps. The additional functions of the W1 Pro are mainly focused on the smartwatch music player and outdoor GPS. The LED lighting is very well done! The speakers could be better, though—THOR from Stahlgear performs better here if you ever need tips.
Many thanks for this experience, and I hope that many things will improve in the future. Perhaps it would make sense to focus only on a few truly important functions in order to maintain a clear overview—less is sometimes more. Personally, I love these smartwatches for everyday use for appointments, alarms, reminders, and notifications. It would be nice if this technology could accompany us forever.
Thank you very much for your patience at this point.
Anywise W1 AI -my best friend.
The phone is great quality and sturdily built.
The software works fast and is very responsive. Sadly there is no back button on the display however a left swipe from the side does the same job. Additionally finding other open apps is a little more tricky than on my previous version of android. On another point the emblem on the rear of the phone suggests it it capable of wireless charging although it is not, I thought this was a bit misleading.
The additional headphones work very well but unfortunately they do have a cheap look about them and don't appear to be the same quality as the phone itself.
Overall it's a pretty good phone for the price.
