Very Poor Customer Service

Placed an order with Doogee and they cancelled it because they didn't want to honour the discount. And they didn't discuss it with me before cancelling. When I raised the issue with them they refused to send my order so I had to place another order at a much higher cost to me. Also they didn't answer my questions about IMEI details for the phone I received. If I could give less than 1 star I would do that.

customer service is terrible

i am a regular doogee customer with many phone models under my name over the years, the latest purchase came with a 2 yaers insurance, the phone came with a number of issues, i have emailed customer service 2 days and 5 days after reception of the phone about those issues and i am yet to receive even an acknowledgment of my messages

Faulty phone

My phone came with delay. After a week, after the first charge up battery the phone seats in the box because I can't open my phone. I sent email to [****], but still no reply.
