Had the phone for about a year now and i have found that if I have virtual ram enabled then apps crash and do not work. Another thing is that the battery does not last quite as long as advertised and after testing the mah about 3 months after getting it the mah was about 9500mah. Another thing is that the only gallery on the phone is the google photos which I find does not show everything and I have had to download one off the google play store but not happy with any of those ones either. overall this phone is decent. The thermal camera is not terible but the camera overlay on the thermal does not line up and even after trying to calibrate it I cannot as the calibration will not allow me to move it far enough.
Very good, Charges quickly, lasts a long time. Good materials.
It happened to me the same way as "vaquero", but with the "worry-free service", I got an upgrade, whihc resulted in this product.
The tablet works properly, but just wanted to warn other users to contact their support team (on the screen's bottom right corner bubble) if something similar happen, they answered within 24 hours via mail. As everything turned out okay, I'm posting 5 stars, else would also complain as him.
Doogee failed to send me the model I was willing to purchase, as it presumably went out of stock... They were kind enough to take care of averything on their side, and also send me an upgraded model from what I originally purchased. Everything went perfect from that point.
