The warranty is great as long as they follow through with it. So that's what gets the five stars. Now if we are rating on communication with their business about purchases, I give one star. They were very unhelpful, didn't know what was going on or about the purchase and shipping. They took the payment instantly and of course it took two weeks to get the phone. So we will see, if anything happens with this phone which it shouldn't because they say it's almost indestructible. If they have the customer run in circles for the repairs or replacement the purchase is not worth it. For the problems I had communicating with the company itself, somehow you always reach that is not our department. Well their website says it is but their employees says it's not. So we will see.
Above expectation. Price felt almost to good to be True. But it is a strong cellphone.

Tolles Gerät, leider ist wohl kein Update von A15 auf A16 vorgesehen.
Es gibt jedoch schon U11 mit Android 16 und identischer Hardware zu kaufen. Laut Doogee Support gibt es kein Update für das Vorgängermodell. Neues Tablett U11 Pro kaufen ist wohl die einzige Option und das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht ganz in Ordnung.
Absolutely pleased with service. Will recommend the rest of my family to purchase these phones. This is my third Doogee. I won't go back to anything else. Thanku.
