Perfect for work, as a phone work in constant contact with customer its a great phone with long (almost a week) battery life without charging. Also thermal camera very useful on the plant where most of the machinery is powered by steam.

Updates don't work. The update process spends several hours attempting to install then rebooting repeatedly with no visible error messages but then I am back onto the
Tried to contact support and they asked me to record a video of it failing to update? That would be an hour long video and what do I do record the reboot process from my PHONE? LOL
On top of that trying to take pictures of anything short distance it is hit or miss if it focuses or just ends up blurry.
Does this product even exist?
I was sold a dk10 with the promise of the optional wireless charger but it seems that this product cannot be bought and does not even exist!
